At your house, we measure the opening and look at the framing and how much headroom there is above it.
You choose the door and get the installed price.
Your old door comes down and we haul it away.
The new door goes up and gets balanced, and we test the safety reverse with you.
One section or a whole door?
If one section took the hit and the maker still makes it in your color, a new section from $389 is the cheaper fix. Doors past about 15 years are a different story. The panel often isn't made anymore, or the new one won't match, and that's when a whole new door is the better spend.
Leave the old door to us
The springs on your old door stay wound until we let the tension off, and a torsion spring stores enough energy to break bones. Please don't start taking the old door apart before install day.
